I returned with my bike to the bike barn, not feeling that the work performed was either done, or met the expectations of what was described to me. I was called a jerk by the owner. When I mentioned that maybe his sales people shouldn't describe work that isn't going to be done - I was threatened, being told to be careful what I said. He told me that in 22 years they had never had a complaint - difficult to believe, but it is not if you receive complaints, but how you would handle them, and the Bike Barn did an incredibly poor job.
