The service department at this place is a joke! I initially brought my bike here to have it checked out and fixed. When I dropped it off I told the service manager Anthony to have them check it out and tell me what it needed. He called me later and told me that it was going to need about $1000 worth of repairs to make run good and he said, "it would be good for at least a couple years. We agreed on a price of $900 for all the work he described. I went to pick up the bike a week later. The bike stalled out 2 times in front of the mechanic. He then suggested that I take it around the block. I did and it stalled out twice in the short trip. I left the bike there so they could get it right. A week later they said it was ready again. I picked up the bike and brought it home. a couple days later I got a chance to take it out and put about 70 miles on it before it died and backfired when I tried to restart it. Do not ever have any work done by this shop, they are dangerous. 1. When I had My '95 Goldwing towed in for power issues, they replaced the battery and said the rest of the power system was OK, 2 weeks later power went out again and another shop did a full electrical test and replaced the alternator, I have not had any power problems since. BTW, they don't use sealed batteries. 2. They changed my tires, and I had a flat, when they changed the tire they did not change the valve step, and it cracked and leaked, I almost had an accident because of this. 3. We have purchased 2 bikes in the last two years from MOM's and they have been great , My wife droped her bike on the way to Laconia and brok a light on the light bar , Moms took it right in and fixed it in a 1/2 hour and we were on our way they even only charged for the light itself no labor . theses guys are great . ...read more
