I have been hit by poor billing practices from this facility over the years on several occasions and offer the latest as an example of why I would seek medical care elsewhere to save the headaches. My son was given service and we made the prerequisite co-pay during our visit. Months later I began receiving notices claiming we owed a co-pay for this service. After making phone calls to them and my insurance company, the insurance company paid this second co-pay. They write this up as one co-pay to the facility and on co-pay to the doctor for the same visit. bogus. I later received a letter from a collection agency filed by this facility for this second co-pay. My insurance company produced a copy of the check cashed by Elliot Health System prior to the date they submitted this to collections. I called Elliot and they still thought I owed them the co-pay until I said I had a copy of the check. After being put on hold they agreed and assured me they would contact collections to clear my account. A few days later I decided to call the collections agency to see if this was cleared up. It wasn't. According to their records the amount is still due. This facility is very quick to send bogus claims to collections and very slow to update their books and contact collections when they received payment. ...read more

I was unable to walk without crutches and had hardly any feeling from my knee down. Maureen was very carefull and listened to me closely. She does not let you over extend yourself and knows everyone has their limits. Elaine will practically make miracles happen to get you in to see Maureen asap. Maureen, the PT that I am seeing, has done everything in her power to help me get my strength back without making me feel like it was just too much to accomplish. She not only helped with the hurt leg but also made sure I didn't loose any in my okay leg. My husband, who is very hard to please, made the comment that I had found a good one, after my first visit with Maureen. Loved my daughter attending Elliot Child Care. She started in what's called the "3 Year Old Rm." Brand new building - Excellent..Then she went to the 4 year old rm. - excellent. Then Kindergarten..Excellent teaching..Although a very militant styled schooling..So...parents beware... ...read more
