Obviously its never pleasant to have your car towed but I did my best to act in a professional manner and they did nothing to reciprocate. I had a parking pass perfectly visible on my car and he claimed he had the right to tow my car. I asked him for paperwork or credentials and he looked at me, shrugged, and laughed at me.
