We used this company last spring (2009) to repair our underground sprinkler system. This spring (2010), we had two non-functioning hits/zones, so we sought out to re-enlist the services of Rainmaker Co. I called numerous times and left three voicemails to try and schedule an appointment for a repair before I could secure one. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Rainmaker canceled the appointment and rescheduled it for another date. We did not see anyone show up on the rescheduled date, but we received a bill a few days later for a "start-up" service that entails ensuring that all the sprinkler heads are functioning. However, we did not request for a "start-up" service and our sprinkler heads are still non-functioning. The secretary that I spoke with throughout this ordeal was antagonistic and unprofessional. She admitted to screening my phone calls! We will not be utilizing the services of this company in the future due to their poor customer service skills. ...read more

Called Paradigm they came right out and repaired my problem boiler. The service tech was wonderful, price and service was fantastic. We will call them every time. Thanks Steve, you are the best. Karl:) ...read more
