Pioneer Tree Service

I had Pioneer come to my house for a quote on removing a few trees on my property. Spencer gave me the quote and the next day I called to accept and schedule the work. We agreed on a day which was about 3 weeks away. That date was over two weeks ago now and they never showed up nor did they call. I placed a call to them which was never returned. Very unprofessional - use at your own risk. ...read more

Fredettes Tree Service

Deserves Zero stars, because: 1. On first day of job, one of his workers came to my wife at the door and asked to borrow $10, never explained clearly what for, never returned it. 2. Demolished fence between our yard and neighbor's driveway. 3, Endangered neighbor's vehicles. 4. Demolished another neighbor's mailbox making a U-turn with chipper in tow. 5. Never showed up to pick up logs when he said he would. Spending long weekend with logs on my front yard and on the public street, causing a nuisance to my neighbors. 6. Asked for first payment in cash, AFTER I provided check which he had asked for initially, never provided receipt. 7. Does not communicate clearly, when communicating at all. Answering service dumps you to busy signal. 8. "Talked" about grinding stomps, but has no intention of doing it. Does not deserve the privilege of running a business. I would have gladly paid him 50% more if he had been more careful and more professional, but that seems to be lost on him. ...read more

Fredettes Tree Service

On December 21, 2007, Fredette's Tree Service, owned by Brian Fredette, utlized my property without permission to remove a tree in my neighbors yard. Upon arriving home, I found their trucks and heavy equipment on my lawn and driveway. Even after being told to remove their equipment, Fredette's Tree Service refused. They stayed on my property until their job was done and violated my property and my decision for their gain. They also left my yard a mess with tree limbs covering my lawn and driveway. I would NOT recommend them to anyone looking for a quality tree service company. I sent them a letter asking for an explanation of their business practices and received it back as "not deliverable". ...read more
