I am really am sorry for the other reviewers experience at the Mills, however I do have to say that I did not ever experience any vandalization to my car. Everyone at the mills has always been great when I have a problem in my unit it is always fixed with in 24 hours or someone has called me to talk with me about the issue. I love it here and it is a great place to live. Most of ur tenants own their condo. however for the few that dont and they rent from the owner, they dont have the same rights as the owners do. can the renter go to board meetings? NO therefore anything discussed ,complaints, should be addressed with the owner of the unit. the renter shouldnt have and I spoke to someone same WHO TOLD ME access to records complaints finiacials BECAUSE THEY DONT OWN IT. THEY CANT GO TO BOARD MEETINGS . YES ITS PUBLIC ACESS FOR THE OWNERS NOT SOMEONE WHO RENTS FROM THE OWNER. IF YOUD LIKE THE WEBSITE OF THE PRIVATE CONDO ASSOCIATION THAT I JUST READ ABOUT HE IS LOSING HIS LICENCE AND STUFF FOR NOT FOLLOWING THE BYLAWS, N.H. LAWS ETC,I CAN GIVE U THAT WEBSITE IF YOUD LIKE.BUT YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE AND KEEP CONFIDENTIALITY BETWEEN OWNERS AND MAKE IT PUBLIS RECORD TO THE OWNERS. THE RENTERS DONT HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN THE RENTER IS A PROBLEM, THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE TELLING THE OWNER TO EVICT HER ...read more
