Don't do it! Booking an event here is like gambling on the weather. I sincerely hope that John Pyteraf (the owner) reads this. The one star is for the business getting back to me when I left a message. Although I commend this business for cancelling a pre-paid sleigh ride, winter wonderland tour at the tune of $200.00 for treacherous weather conditions, I totally disagree with the return policy. Just because you post a no-refund policy, no matter what, does not make it legal. If the vendor cancels your purchase, which you did when you cancelled what I purchased that day 12/23/17, then regardless of your posted policy, you would be obligated to refund monies paid for services that were not rendered. There are agencies that can decide this when I fill out my written complaint. In the meantime, at what rate of interest will you be paying me for the $200.00 of my money you are holding?
