The Berry Company promised our business a full-page advertisement on the back cover of our local yellow pages. Our ad was missing when the book came out. I contacted my sales rep by phone (voice messages) and e-mail asking him to contact me. No response. I sent a second e-mail a month later. The sales rep replied and told me to call customer service. I did. They told me to contact my rep. The company started a runaround but later told me they would look into it. Automatic payments were coming out of my checking account, and I had overdrawn, because of this ad. I was paying for it, but not getting any customers or revenue because of the missing ad. I called back two weeks later and they hadn't even taken note of my first call. I asked them to review the issue again.
