Don't ease your time or money. Barb is. Dry rude and unprofessional. Almost like an unstable psycho. She lied about trip policy and procedure for her own gain. What are horribly unhappy person she must be. ...read more

My husband and I planned a family vacation and we decided to use this company for the first time as Jack, the travel agent quoted us a price 50.00 lower per person that Funjet and we were at about 800.00 p/p. Then he put the wrong names on the airline tickets which was a 480.00 mistake. He then blamed it on Delta for the misspelling and us for not telling him the correct names (why would we do that). Only after I got upset did he offer to split the cost. (At this time we couldnt back out due to a 600.00 DP on the trip we would have lost and he made that very clear when we tried. I had to email and call him several times to get invoices and receipts he never reached out to us and when my husband went to make the last payment Jack conveniently told him he miss quoted us under by 200.00 (this now covered his 480.00 split). At this point we were so checked out we just paid it. He never took responsibility for any of his mistakes and placed blame on others. He was very unorganized and made what should have been stressfree travel an absolute nightmare. he booked our flight so late that the our two young children had seats away from the rest of us and we had to ask other people on the plane to switch seats so they wouldnt have to sit alone. Crazy experience we should have stuck with funjet because in the end they were 120.00 p/p and not 50.00 more than what we were quoted in the beginning. ...read more

Travel with Barb has been nothing but an endless circle of annoyance for me. This agency is the least accommodating one out there. The parents were not allowed to join in on any of the private events. Because of that, some of my students ended up very unhappy. If I had a question, I had to call Travel with Barb directly, about anything, even something as simple as pool hours. While my kids had fun on the trip, some of them were disappointed and annoyed that their parents couldn't join in on private events. The order of events on the trip was ridiculous, going from a hot sweaty day in the sun to a formal concert. There were not enough planned meals and the kids struggled to find healthy options. All of the staff I spoke with was rude and disrespectful to me and my fellow coworkers. My advice, don't Travel with Barb. ...read more
