Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I could rate Enchanted Honeymoons. My wife and I are extremely disappointed with the level of service we recieved throughout our trip planning process. Our agent, the "Manager", did next to nothing to help us find the package that would best suit our needs. We discussed the package we wanted on an initial phone call and then heard nothing from our agent for several days. We left messages and received no return calls. We stopped in and got the "We've been a little busy" response. Ultimately, I had to research the resorts and find the best deals and flight schedules. We then handed him what we wanted and all he had to do was click a couple buttons to finalize the transaction. Once the trip was booked we called back with a few questions and the "Managers" quit taking our calls and actually hung up on us one time. Be prepared to lower your expectations, hold their hand through the entire process, and pray that all of your details will work themselves out. Don't just trust that anything will get done or that you will actually get what you paid for. Your departures will change, you won't get the room that you asked for, and your concerns may or may not be validated. It should have been a smooth process but it wasn't. I should have felt comfortable that someone was being truthful with me for the thousands of dollars we were spending but I just felt like I was working with a rookie, a used car salesman rookie.
