I would NEVER waste my time w/ this company if I didn't have too. Unfortunately my department has a contract through them. However, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in a company before. I called one day to check on my order (placed three weeks in advance) they told me part of it was done but they didn't know the status of the other half, "that's the other person's job". So I said, "well I feel three weeks should be plenty of time". Bob's response was, "well ma'am, if you have any concerns I suggest you address them elsewhere". Where did anyone learn that response is ok in a business!? AWFUL.. If you need a place to go and don't know anywhere other than here, let me suggest Don's Pioneer Uniforms or Great Plaines...they both over excel in customer service and put Alamar to shame. I wish I could say that this is going to be a positive review, but it isn't. I contacted Center Trophy on February 1st regarding the creation of a replica of the Stanley Cup for our Co. I was reassured that my order would arrive no later than February 14th, the day before our US broadcasted meeting hosted by our CEO ( the Cup is an award which was to be presented to a group of employees on the 15th). I hadn't received a confirmation or tracking number, therefore I contacted C.T. for an update, I was told that the order missed the scheduled pick up, but would go out the next day and still arrive by the 14th. The following day I received my tracking number, when I looked it up, it was scheduled for end of day February 15th. You can imagine my disbelief. Contacted C.T. again and this is what I was told " There is nothing we can to to alter the delivery date, sorry I assumed it would get there by the 14th".
