I wish I could say that this is going to be a positive review, but it isn't. I contacted Center Trophy on February 1st regarding the creation of a replica of the Stanley Cup for our Co. I was reassured that my order would arrive no later than February 14th, the day before our US broadcasted meeting hosted by our CEO ( the Cup is an award which was to be presented to a group of employees on the 15th). I hadn't received a confirmation or tracking number, therefore I contacted C.T. for an update, I was told that the order missed the scheduled pick up, but would go out the next day and still arrive by the 14th. The following day I received my tracking number, when I looked it up, it was scheduled for end of day February 15th. You can imagine my disbelief. Contacted C.T. again and this is what I was told " There is nothing we can to to alter the delivery date, sorry I assumed it would get there by the 14th".
