Even though you may see a Nebraska Better Business rating favorable to this business, stay away. I had a garage addition put on my home in 2004. This firm provided a building survey to get a permit with the city of Omaha for my contractor. The bottom line is that the company didn't do the appropriate research and when my neighbor complained that my contractor built too close to the property line, the city of Omaha told Jeremy Carrell (owner's son) to correct the problem. He LIED to me that he was working on correcting the problem. He actually did no work. When I had the BBB intervene so that I could get a signature from my neighbor, the business could not forward me the necessary documents.
