This mobile home park is the worst one in Omaha. It's poorly kept up. Many of the street lights are non working or broken. Some actually dangle from from there posts. Dogs run loose. Quite a few homes look trashed. Then we get these silly letters from Joe saying we have to keep are places look nice so we continue to have one of the nicer parks in Omaha. Ha.Then when you raise our lot rent you claim it's for better service. What better service and maintenance? I actually have never seen any changes or improvements ever! Have any of you ever walked into the mail room? it's usually trashed until this women cleans it comes. Who are neighbour hood watch people? Don't you think we should all be aware of who they are. They don't do much. My car has been broken into, once again the street lights!!!!! What exactly is Joe's job? I invite you Don to take a VERY SLOW DRIVE through this park since you are the OWNER!!!! You need to really look at it. and see what ALL of see every day. i have lived here for so many years that I can't even begin to count and it's progressively gone downhill.
