This company backed way off when I questioned the meter readings, giving me less than believable responses. After I challenged their response to me, they refused to respond from that point on. After the contract was long gone, they continued to bill me, even making a call to collect on invoices that had been sent back. Tom and Carol are great to work with, sorry they don't have a better supporting cast to back them up. The ownership hides from it's customers, they are not wish to be accountable to them, That's a red flag for me, people know where they can get a hold of me in my company, I owe that to my clients. Clearly they don't fell the same way. Jonathan Rich, and Chris Poore (of Dayspring Printing) did not pay me for the work I did for them that they had me do! I even canceled my trip to Denver Co., and worked thru the Christmas holiday to deliver website designs and logo designs on a hot deadline for them! I even witnessed 1st hand the horrible way Jonathan speaks to his employees and talks inappropriately about people! That alone should have tipped me off to walk out of their offices and never do work with them. I hope this is just my Isolated Incident in dealing with them! but I've got a suspicion I'm not the only one out there that has been taken advantage of! My only recourse so far has been telling everyone my story, and I am pursuing this matter with a lawyer to try and collect the $3,000 they owe me!
