Ed's is very personal and they care about their customers. They don't get anything wrong and give way better service than Walgreens did. I have never experienced such horrible customer service as I have at this drug store. About 90% of the time, the order is wrong, from trying to charge to insurance after being instructed that I don't use my insurance, to having the wrong doctor's name on my file for months after I gave them the name of my new doctor, to attempting delivery when I've never used delivery before, to charging the incorrect price nearly every time!
