They won't return my phone calls or respond to my emails. They sent our Lettermans jacket with the incorrect graduation date. They admitted it was their error & said they would get it fixed right away & refund a large amount. About 5 months later, no jacket, no refund! They won't answer my phone calls or respond to my messages or emails. Disappointing for my son, he won't even get to wear his jacket before he graduates. Terrible customer service, unprofessional, & I will never do business with them again. ...read more
