Several poor experiences with Omaha School of Music and Dance. My daughter was enrolled in a Saturday morning choir class. The last month of the class prior to her recital, she was the only person in the class, so not exactly learning to sing in a choir. After the recital, the business did not inform us that her Saturday morning class had been completely cancelled and we were automatically moved to a Monday night class. This did not work with our schedules, however, the company would not issue a refund for the class we paid for that is no longer available and I asked on three occasions to speak with the owner since they were the only one that had the authority to issue the refund. The owner was never available and did not return phone calls. Therefore, we have paid for classes that can not be utilized. In addition to the above, I found it different compared to other studios we have worked with that they charge the parents for going to see the recital, especially when our daughter literally only sang a two minute song in a choir she had not practiced with. I would highly suggest looking at other studios to help train your children to sing and dance. ...read more
