We had our roof done by ABC Roofs. They were so easy to work with. They came out and removed our existing roof and put the new one up all in the same day! Very friendly and professional. I used AmeriSpec Inspection Services for my first home inspection, so I had nothing to compare it to. I felt the person who did the inspection, I think his name was Eric, explained everything clearly. He did a good, thorough job of looking at the different areas of the house. I was a little fearful at first because I've heard that general inspections can be very simplified. But the inspector pointed out a number of concern areas for the old house I was looking at, which led me not to buy it. I really appreciated knowing what I was getting into. I considered doing some comparison shopping, and I even made a couple phone calls. But I was happy overall with the results and my experience with AmeriSpec.
