Recent experience with their so called extended warranty program has left us convinced to NEVER EVER purchase at NFM again. The extended warranty program is, as would be expected, a complete scam. One would think Warrant Buffett would be concerned about his name backing-up a shoddy business. Apparently not. Shop at Nebraska Furniture if the apocolypse happens and you have no other options. But don't buy an extended warranty or service plan, and don't expect them to care about you as a customer as soon as your cash hits the till.
