Power Crew has UNETHICAL business practices. I was quoted for a replacement of my breaker panel. The technician told me it would take a week to get an appointment. I informed him that I would have to look at going with another company, I had an open house in 2 days and needed the work performed before then. He then scheduled me in on a Sunday which I thought was very nice. However Sunday morning, the day of my open house came and he was a NO SHOW at the time he specified. He called an hour and 15 minutes later, due to his TARDINESS we were not able to get it installed that day. When we tried to cancel with them they told us "We don't do refunds" they are keeping $465 for work they never performed. Their website boasts 100% customer satisfaction or a complete refund, THAT IS A LIE. Be very careful if you work with this company. I have not been able to speak to a manager, and now they are completely avoiding my phone calls. ...read more
