Wow! I have read some of the reviews on here and I think these people are out of their minds! I couldn't have a more different opinion of Elisa Ilana Jewelry. The staff is well trained and very helpful. The selection is almost overwhelming because there is so much to choose from and the owner has been nothing but gracious! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Maybe these other reviews are fake? These guys are THE BEST! Period! They are watch ARTISANS...why would you let a $10/hour dude in a mall pry open your watch to change a battery? Let the professionals do it! They are honest and TRAINED in all matters watches and clocks. They are family owned and give FANTASTIC service! And, BTW, their charge is NOMINAL to change a battery...while you wait! I was a Mortgage Broker for over 20 years and after I retired, being alone at home, I was getting "very" bored. After working so hard, most of the times visiting clients and not able to stay at home, I decideed to do something "indoors" that will keep me busy, so I went to Michael's, and I spent few dollars on beads and tools to make and design my own custom made jewelry. I had never done anything like that... So, here I am... sitting at a big table at home thinking...Well... what do I do next!Well...I tried my first necklace and it turned out to be "very nice," that was in 2007. From that day on, I managed to make hundreds of beautiful sets and I sold hundreds of them, I did it all on my own.In order to be able to sell my jewelry at very affordable prices, I came to the conclusion that if I am to rent a place in order to sell my custom sets, my prices will go very high and I didn't want to do that, so I decide to use my basement for my hobby. It works out "great" (except that I gained 80 pounds...I am to close to the refrigerator)... well... I guess you cannot win them all.You will probably notice that many of my styles are Italian, that's were I came from and I am aproud Americanby choice.
