The sales pitch was great, the gal who contacted me assured me that I was asking more than a reasonable price and that all I needed to do was to get in front of more potential buyers and she could help me do that. She was very vague about what part of eBay she would be listing me on, I thought I was getting represented very well on ebay which was my main interest in just paying the $329 and not having to pay ebay and other website fees. Halfway though the listing timeframe I contacted them and said should we get more aggressive with the price to which they said "Yes you should, you are a little on the high side". Wait, I thought I was asking a reasonable price? Then after my ebay listing had expired my sales rep contacted me and said well the ebay classifieds that we had you listed on is really not the best place to market your vehicle. You should be on an auction listing. To which I asked, "Why didn't you recommend that in the first place?" She had no response other than, "Well, sometimes in certain situations, umm . . . . " Etc. She recommended I spend more money with them to put up an ebay ad. To which I said no thanks. LONG STORY SHORT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM! Century Link discontinued their former internet service (telechoice online) forcing us to accept Prism. After installation, the internet connection would consistently be lost after 4 minutes. I contacted Century Link support. They said the problem was with computer. I took the computer to the Geek Squad. They found no problem with the wifi connection of the computer. Calling Century Link support again, they still insisted it was not their problem. Finally purchased a wireless extender, which solved the problem. I requested a credit on my Century Link account. They refused since I hadn't purchased the wireless extender through them. Does this make sense? How was I to purchase it through them when they didn't admit the problem was with their installation to begin with? ...read more
