I can't attest to the quality of their glass repair workmanship, but I can attest to the character (or lack thereof) of the owner, James Almond III. In July of 2013, a driver in a Viking Glass van rear-ended my wife. It wasn't a major crash, but it was enough to cause over $1000 in damage. James Almond would not cooperate, so we had to take him and his company to small claims court. We won a judgment, but to this day we haven't seen a penny. In September of this year, after yet another court appearance and his methods of stalling, we agreed with him to settle for half of our claim in cash. He gave us his word that he'd pay, we shook on it, and we even drew up a statement that he signed agreeing to pay the amount by the end of September. Haven't seen a penny. He won't respond to texts or calls, so we are back at pursuing it yet again. As a side note, he also has a history of insurance fraud, for which he has been convicted. ...read more

I called to have my windshield replaced told me he would do it for 150 bucks, they came out, got black sealant all over my upholstery, seats and sides, my windshield leaks air and water when it rains. When I called them about the leak initially he said he was too busy to take the call and to come back next week. They came back out and it didn't seal the leak and my upholstery is hanging down all cut up from when they replaced it the first time.
