Best plumbing company in town! I had a grocery list of things that needed fixed since my husband died and they took care of it all and I didn't have to take a loan out from the bank to pay them! This company installed the A/C when my house was first built in 2006 so it was logical that I would call them for service when that A/C quit working recently. Since it was the weekend, I was told someone would be calling me first thing the next day to get something scheduled. The person I spoke to did not take my name or number so I was not surprised when no one contacted me the following day to schedule an appointment. I didn't bother calling them back and instead called John Henry's who took care of the problem and in a very timely manner. If you want quality customer service from a company that is responsive to your needs then don't bother with Patriot Plumbing Heating and Air. Alex was very efficient and professional. We have an old house (built in 1935) so plumbing is occassionally an issue. Roto Rooter has been out several times over the years to 'clean us out'. They've always been prompt and do a great job! See you in 5 years! ...read more
