Due to a lack of communication from the company our "vacation" was a disaster. Most of the issues we had could have easily been resolved had anyone from the company been in contact with the passengers on the bus. We were unaware of many changes that had been made at the last minute. After we arrived at our destination over four hours late it would have been nice if someone would have been at our hotel to greet us or apologize for the delays we ended up having. When we returned home our frustration grew when we contacted the company by phone and were told that we had to send an email to voice our complaints and concerns. Our email was met with an extremely rude email, in which my husband was called names and told that he must be a very unhappy person and would have complained no matter what. I could not believe that the President of any company would resort to name calling of one of their customers. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN will we use or recommend this company. ...read more
