Brownville is an historic, charming small town in southeast Nebraska. Visitors can stroll the banks of the Missouri River, see a play at the Brownville Village Theatre, celebrate the Village's standing as an International Book Town by visiting one of its four book shops or enjoy a concert in the Brownville Concert Hall. You can find rare first editions, classics, the eclectic and the common all in the awsome physical space of a remodeled high school in beautiful, artsy Brownsville, Nebraska. Imagine that Abbie on NCIS bred with Dexter of Showtime fame and their offspring were raised in the Land of the Lost with Howard Dean as their mentor. Then these people got a hold of some property and started to do their thing and someone suggested they open up a bookstore. I encourage everyone to check it out for themselves.
