I never heard of this company, yet it's the only one available for my apartment building. They have no cable boxes (which I've NEVER experienced in all the different states I've lived), therefore, NO TV listings, so you never know what's on! There is no digital options, since there are no boxes, and no show descriptions, either. When it rained, one, or more, sometimes, all, the channels went out. We also had their phone, and it went out after only one month, and they took 3 days to fix it! They are nice enough on the phone with you, but this is a lame company that does no know what it's doing. ...read more
