I ordered flowers from them for a friend and nothing was right. I asked for a specific flower and they said they had it. Well they lied when I asked how they were going to take care of the problem they said they had the right to substitute when needed. My sweet husband ordered flowers from them for the anniversary of when we met. When he called the order in he asked for a half dozen roses with christmas colors. What we got was an old dirty glass vase with so many christmas greens in it it looked like a christmas tree. Then to top it off they stuck big ugly glitter leaves in to fill in or make up for the lack of roses . When we called in to ask what happened to the arrangement my husband asked for all they could do is say he was wrong and be very rude. I understand they are busy this time of year but seriously there business depends on it customers.
