TLC Cleaning

Firstly, I just want to say horrible service! Not worth what I paid! & to do some thorough research before hiring this cleaning company read the reviews, from all the cleaning company's URLs, none of the testimonies even look real, if other people are so happy why leave just a first name? Repeat customers? Where are all These repeat customers testimonials? In there own words? Not Suzy said this? Why no legit e-mails? But it's required to leave a testimony? That should be the decision of the person leaving the comment s 3 years of biz and only two testimonials and a bunch of anonymous comments ,seems fake to me the two most recent comments don't even match the other two? Looks like they were all typed in different formatt, if this cleaning company delivered, where are all the happy repet customers who want to let people know? Just like any good thing people would want to share if it were realy true. I'll stick with the professionals from here on out that not only have the experience but more concrete proof! ...read more
Prairie Petals

We would not recommend Prairie Petals to anyone getting married. The flowers we got were nice, only we got them at the very last minute because the day of our wedding we found out they completely forgot about our order. They scrambled to put something together at the last minute and my wife didn't get the bouquet she wanted, not to mention the flower girl basket had thorns on it. They did give us a partial refund, which shrank significantly because we were unable to return two vases, one which we lost (hey, a lot going on that day) and one we didn't know they put at the church. In all fairness, they made every effort to correct the error and didn't made excuses about forgetting, but it was just not the experience we wanted on our wedding day. ...read more

We hired Kimberly (owner of Prairie Petals) more than 18 months ago to design, layout and mange her team as to what type of plants needed to be planted and where they should be placed. She was to provide us with some sort of planned layout documentation which never happened. Additionally she insisted that we made full payment for the project which totaled more than $3,500. We trusted her as she seems to be the type who would follow through with what she said she would do. So we wrote her the check. She never bothered to stop by and supervise the work her INTERN was working on, we ended up with a poisonous plant in our landscape (back yard directly next to our back deck access) and basically the entire plan was scrapped. Kimberly admitted that her business had caused a series of mistakes and promised to get them corrected in the Spring of 2013. In the Spring we reached out to Kimberly and Prairie Petals where she made it a point to ignore both my wife and I. Issue is unresolved. ...read more
