My father recently had his jaw wired shut from surgery and went to Best Buy to shop for a new tv. When he entered, the 1st person to approach him referred him to someone else because she 'couldn't understand' him. He then waited for 10 minutes for the next person. My father decided on a television, asked about delivery options, and purchased the tv. When the person returned, he said the tv couldn't be delivered until Oct 15, when it was available to take out that day. My dad said that was not acceptable. The man left, and never returned. After 15 minutes of waiting, my dad peeked around the customer service counter just to motion someone closer to him, as he could not open his jaw to speak. Without listening to him, the associate grabbed his arm and forced him out of the store. He attempted to tell them he'd be waiting with his van outside the store.
