The last 2 times I have been in for an oil change, the car comes back dirty. . .3 months ago a small dent on the fender along with small scratches. This time, oil was spilled all over the front bumper and on the grill along with some on the trunk area (why there?) and on the driver door (obviously from oil hands). . .and more scratches on the fender. The last thing I had time for that evening was to wash and wax my car. Also, I was asked if my air filter was found to be dirty would I want it changed. I said "yes", but the notes showed it was dirty but I had passed until the next oil change. I just want some respect for my vehicle when I have service done. There used to be a manager there that took care of watching that my car was cared for. . .Dan Ressler. I don't know where he went, but the quality control has gotten worse every time I come in.
