This was a horrible experience from the eye appointment through the shopping for a set of frames. The appointment was almost 40 minutes late with a comment from on of the doctors that they (the scheduling staff) really keeps their schedules full. Tip: I believe the eye doctors own the business, change your practices. Nobody asked if I would be buying frames prior to my appointment or helped me navigate the different choices. I was directed to go to the south store, the former John Bitz Optical, and the place was disorganized, dirty, and the staff were clueless. The two young ladies working in the front were nice, but had no idea regarding sales, customer service, or knowledge of the inventory. In addition, I was sent from the north location to talk to Dave at the south location and he was on his regularly scheduled days off! I went back to the north store to find somebody who had a clue regarding inventory at both stores and was informed that person does not exist. I asked for ...read more
