What a great guy; extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and NO hardcore sales pitch! Bob spent more than two hours with me yesterday in selecting a new phone and showing me all of its capabilities! Bob even found a better deal on this phone than was advertised; outstanding customer service! What else can I say, but GOSH!!! You can be sure that I will be recommending you to everyone I know! Customer Cruelty It's been about an hour since I left this store, and I am still shaking. It takes a whole lot to make this ol' gal cry, but cry, I did! I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was by the employee who waited on me at this store today. Whatever you do, if you are a Verizon customer, go anywhere but here for your cellular needs. I just got the scoop on this cretin from my other half. I only had to begin telling my tale when my hubby nailed this guy; his total lack of character and downright rudeness. Go here only if you must, but be sure to grow some mighty thick skin if you do! The series, tentatively titled "Salem," is in development by producers working with Unique Casting, which is based in Winston-Salem. "The TV series is based in the Piedmont Triad community," said Kay Duncan, owner of Unique Casting. They plan to tell major stories about George Washington's visit, the Reynolds family and what brought the Moravians to Salem. But they also will have more personal stories. "We've got a tremendous amount (of stories) that have already been turned in to us, but also looking for some that are not known," Duncan said. "It's about the people from this area, the Piedmont Triad — there are 12 counties here."
