I shop here for my daughter when I visit from Wilmington. This is a wonderful store with warm loving caring staff and owner is amazing lady who will do anything to help you! I visited store several weeks ago and was appalled to view how parents allow their children to destroy store property and have no regard for safety of their children. I observed reported to Tracy she needed to intervene when 2 little girls were standing in stroller eye level w hooks mashing stickers and using them like toys while mother paid them no mind at all! Poor Tracy had to go ask them please be careful and not to play with product! Would u want to buy sticky damaged merchandise? I think not! Another mom was allowing her boys to roughly handle papers tearing them playing hide and seek in the store. Again Tracy had to approach them and ask that they stay with their parent. Tracy did so nicely and respectfully and still the kids were allowed to continue! BAD MOMS! I love this store great prices friendly ...read more

I was shocked to see the reveiw about Scrapbook Traditions being over priced and not kid friendly! I have done business with them for years and they are ALL always super wonderful with my children! I would imagine that the not friendly post was because the Mom allowed her kids to run wild and they do not allow this FOR THE SAFETY OF THE KIDS! Tracy always puts on a movie or brings out the coloring books for kids. It is a shame ANY business has to put up with bad parents who don't love their kids enough to watch them! And I have always found prices to be extremely competitive and their selectiion and service cannot be beat anywhere! I and my kids LOVE this store and all staff! ...read more

This store has the best selection around but between the high prices and rude atmosphere towards children (this seems to be the owner only the staff I have enounter are kind), I only go when I can't find what I want anyplace else. The first time I brought my daughter in and she left in tears. when I go back my daughter is either glued to me or waits in the car. ...read more
