I witnessed the manager Miquel Fradoso tell one of his employees that he didn't care about her or her children. What kind of manager does this in front of customers and to the people that work under him. That is a heartless man and only in foodservice for the money. IHOP promotes family, well let me tell you the way he talked to the waitress was not family at all. She told him where to go and I think she should have. I went out in the parking lot to speak to this waitress and she told me she had been a waitress there for going on 2 years and that this Manager has only been there a couple months and is not treating any of the waitress right unless there Mexican. This is racial discrimination. I told this girl to go get a lawyer. I will never eat at the restaurant again and I am going to tell everyone I know to NOT EVERY eat there again. With enough eclectic food in the city of North Charleston in the general area of Northwoods Mall, A K&W is really needed, to offer a well balanced home style meal with a selection to satisfy everyone.
