...in attempt to hurt my character or integrity told customer service another LIE that I had been escorted out in handcuffs. I ask repeatedly to give me and her both a lie detector test BC she robbed me and I also had he officer pull my criminal record and there has never ever been anything against me I have never been so humiliated in my life!!! I still do not have the merchandise I purchased or a record of what they did with my trade in or the broken ring I returned!!! The value of what has been stolen from me is over $1000 in NC that is a felony I have already contacted authorities and am suppose to be back in winston tomorrow. Since they robbed from me and the police allowed it and having had to make six trips to the store and wait over two hours every time I went I did get a little upset when nothing was resolved after hours of being there and I took off all my jewelry and high heels and jacket and said since your stealing from me might as well take it all ...read more

But....when I went to pick up my new band today that was suppose to be ordered in Feb but I'm just now getting the call to get in almost may!!! The same lady that said i never even bought a band and that i didnt even give a trade in (the anniversary ring i traded in feb) said that I never returned the broken engagement ring in march when I picked up the new one and then wanted me to give her that plus another ring neither of which o have BC apparently she stole when I gave to her to start with in march. So I insisted she call the police and resolve things it took me and the security guard asking several times just to get her to call them then I called customer service after I left BC the police took all my rings even ones not purchased from there and gave to her with my paper work to her and she kept another one of my rings and wouldn't give it back so I have been robbed by the manager of this store!!!
