If I could rate negative stars I would! I have been going to this dentist office for years but not after today. The review I read from someone else about the "ladies at front desk" is absolutely true and I have felt the same before. Today the whole office made me feel like I was scum from the street. I don't have insurance at this time and I was in tremendous pain with an abscess. I explained my situation and they could not even offer a payment plan after I have lined their pockets with several thousand over the years. I was in tears with pain and Dr. Leal seemed to take his sweet time getting around to me and when he did he was condescending. I explained my concern for payment and the hygienist made a snide comment saying she did not get free dental work. I wasn't asking for "free" I was hoping they could work with me with a payment plan. As I wait in pain and in tears I hear the dentist chatting it up, carrying on with other people in the background taking his sweet time. No sense of urgency and I am in so much pain. I have refered probably ten different families to their practice but now my word of mouth will be a much different story. I will be looking for a new dentist needless to say. They used to play Christian music in the office ... hmmm very Christian behavior! ...read more

The hands on people are great. But, there are always a bunch of women behind the front desk who do the scheduling, billing and stuff like that who act like they kinda think they can treat people however they want. I've heard them doing it while there and heard it being done to me while on the phone. One side of the business seems to be really nice and just customer service oriented, the other side (the ladies up front) seem like they just came from failing cosmetology school and seem to think its OK to treat people like jerks. ...read more

My mother's dentist sent her to these people last year. She was 79 at the time and very frail. They pulled a tooth or something and called me back after it was done. My mother was sobbing saying it hurt. I asked if they had not numbed her...the response I got was "I numbed her" and they sent us on our way...think it was almost closing time or lunch time (can't remember which) but I got the idea they were in a hurry to get out.\t\nDon't remember which Dr. we saw but he seemed to have to no compassion at all.\t\nI have heard that one of these Dr's is really nice, etc., but the one she saw was not him.\t\n\t\nShe will not go back there if I can help it. ...read more
