I have been using your product for years, I move to NC few years ago and I have to drive at least 60 miles to get to your location, I do Not go often for the same reason, but when I go I spend a large amount of money. I visited your store on March 8, few days ago and never been so disappointed on the service, I wait over 20 minutes and no one assisted me, I asked for help and the lady told she was busy in a rude way, I waited another 10 minutes while I saw they kept assisting other customers. I finally left and went to spend my money where they appreciate me as a customer. I came here for the first time to get a Brazilian waxing done. This is not the first time I have had this done. After paying $45, she left most of the hair still there. My skin was blistered where she had repeatedly waxed the same spot. When I called to talk to the manager, she said I could come back to the same girl (who already made me blister) to have it redone. When I told her I would prefer someone else to do it, I was told there was no one else that did this and there was nothing else she could do. NEVER GO HERE! ...read more
