Wachovia trust was handling my trust fund account, per the trust of my father i was permitted to be able that was put in front of to do certin things for my future. Wachovia denied everything put in front of them, GOING AGAINST THE WRITTEN TRUST. In short they were to handle all taxes and all accounting. In short i lost my property, i was denied a business i wanted to start even after a business plan was shown, and shown the business would make money. I was informed the business i wanted to start WOULD NOT make money, the business was a dollar store. Do to the economy a dollar store would be a perfect investment. IN CLOSING AND IN SHOT OF ALL WRONG DOINGS OF WACHOVIA I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF HAVING WACHOVIA OR WELLS FARGO HANDLE THEIR TRUST FUND (DONT) YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AND END UP LITIGATING FOR A LONG TIME. ...read more
