A lot of teachers need to be retrain in the school. There is racism in the school whether people want to admit it. There is too much favoritism across the board in the school. I've seen and hear teachers who have spoken to students to discourage and put down either in the hallway or when I am volunteering at the school. Because of this some parents have taken their children out of Forsyth Academy. Sadly enough I will be doing the same. On their web site they have battle of the books but it is not promoted enough for other parents to know or get involved. ...read more

My grandchild was here, but we moved her to another day care after an incident where a teacher screamed at her. The incident was witnessed by several parents and other staff members, but no corrective action was taken by the Sunshine House. Well, the wrote the person up but she did not lose her job. So, we moved our child to another day care center. We've been very happy with our decision and found all aspects of the new center to be far better than the Sunshine House. I want to be in the crosby scholars because I have a dream that im going to continue my education. My parents dont win enough money to be able to pay my education when I finish high school. But my goal is to become a doctor that helps children who have cancer. I have two siblings and I want to show them that it's not not hard to dream and make it real when you really wish something. I also want to show them that if they want to have a good future then they have to study really hard for it. I also expect myself to find a cure for children and adults who have cancer and they dont have to suffer. Me as human being, I want to help on doing service community and serve people who really need my help. Also to show other people the love we have for one another.
