Every brides knows how exciting it is to plan your wedding! I saw island florals by Roxanne online and thought her work looked really good. when i emailed her to set up an appointment she rescheduled twice... the second time she rescheduled the night before my AM appointment, so less then 24 hours and was rude about it! i was finally going to meet with her and got to my appointment 10 minutes early( i like to be on time!) and no one was there, and the shop was locked, so she was not getting ready to meet with me. i then waited until almost 30 minutes after my appointment time and she never showed up. my mom who was with me for the appointment. called and got no answer. I emailed Roxanne and never got an apology or explanation. i feel she is unprofessional, rude, and that is no way to treat a bride. ...read more

Was a good experience to start bridal portrait bouquet was beautiful and Excatly the way I wanted it to look, Cake flowers were beautiful. day of the wedding I had my Bridesmaid pick up Bridal bouquets, bridesmaids bouquets and corsages. She brought them in to me at the venue BRIDAL BOUQUET WAS HORRIBLY WRONG! Bridesmaids bouquets looked basically thrown together and just hideous with these horrible green algae looking flowers. Called to let them know My bridal bouquet was wrong she said they close at 3 but would make me a new bouquet but didn't have the black magic roses nor the Oriental lillies so had to use carnations to fill. So the photographer's assistant was kind enough to run all the way back to Wilmington from Supply to get my new bouquet. They had a huge Christmas event going on the same day of my wedding so word to the wise IF THEY HAVE AN EVENT THE SAME DAY AS YOUR WEDDING DON"T EXPECT TO MUCH! ...read more
