Play Today Drop in Childcare

My kids and I love this place. I've been to several different drop-ins in Wilmington and the staff is always nice, but the space is just....blah. Play Today on the other hand is AMAZING! Ms. Debbie (the owner) has hired a wonderful staff here as well, but has gone a step above and beyond in providing engaging activities and a little more structure for the kids. They have several 'rooms' that open out into the central 'big play' area. They have a toddler room where everything is sterilized more frequently and is all safe for smaller kids. They have a dress-up/play-house room, an art room, a train room (my son's favorite!), a story time room, and a room with air-hockey and Wii for the older kids. I Took my child to Play Today and found the center to be warm and inviting! There were many different and engaging activities. The center was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. When we left, my child was asking when we could come back! We will definitely use this center again! ...read more

I took my children to Play Today, the staff was warm and welcomig. The center is bright and colorful. The best is that when i picked my children up they where happy, wanted to stay, and best of all would not stop talking about how much fun they had!!! That made me happy as a parent!! Play Today Growing and Doing Well!!
Since the opening in February 2011 we are doing very well. We are a very colorful warm and inviting place for kids. We have lots of great centers to explore. We are a drop in center with a learning enviroment. Providing individual centers to include a toddler room, art center, quiet room to include( books, puzzles and comfy pillows),dramatic play, Wii and Netfix room, indoor play ground and much more. ...read more
