We cannot begin to praise Beth and her staff enough for the excellent and elegant foods served at our daughters wedding. Attention to details from the tablecloths to floating the wedding cake on a "cloud of blue"...........the chocolate fountain and fruit bar.....everyone loved! The punch from a victorian fountain, and the table service to our guest----just excellent! We will continue to reccomend Rosa Maes to all our friends and if we have a chance for another catered event, there is no question we will not even consider any other caterer!!!!!!!
