Our business offers great service. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do what it takes to make our customers happy. The buck stops here so there are no rules getting in the way of our ability to get customers exactly what they need. One example of our great customer service was when we recieved a phone call all the way from Washington, D C.the week before Thanksgiving. The daughter lives in Maryland, works in Washington,DC, had looked for cleaning service within 25 mile radius of North Wilkesboro, on the internet. She called us, and even though one of our offices is here in Taylorsville, my daughter's is in Lenoir. The daughter told us her Mother had Rheumatoid Arthritis and could not clean, and she knew she (daughter)could not do the cleaning and cook for the entire family, so what do you think? TOP JOB to the rescue. It took 3 of our girls to clean, time spent cleaning (7 hours,) which would have been 21 hours.But my daughter had given her an estimate and stuck to the price.But even though the Mom had asked for so many extra's that the daughter did not know about, and the girls did not make much money that day, they felt good because they were able to help a daughter show LOVE for her MOM. Mother and daughter started business in 1991 in Hickory. Started with residential and apartment complex cleaning. Progressed onto businesses, (industrial, medical, banks, and office cleaning, even construction clean-ups.) One large business in Hickory kept us for 15 years, and would not even accept bids from other services, due to their trust and confidence in our team. Mother moved to Taylorsville, and gained several businesses there. Business dwindled a bit after 2002, due to Mother's illness, Cancer. Mother gradually turned the business over to daughter, who is presently the owner, and has an office in Lenoir. As Mother regained her health, she too has begun to help out in office work, and will always be available to take your call. We are able to accept any type of cleaning work in all the Unifour area.
