Do yourself a favor, come to this salon!!! That negative comment below actually made me laugh out loud, its so untrue. Number one, who gets their husband to call a salon!? trying to get free services? Secondly, this is the most professional salon that I have ever been to. The stylist are so talented and the hospitality there is great. As soon as I walk into the door I am greeted with smiles and warm Aveda tea. Nicole and Tiffany are my stylist and they are anything but rude, which is another reason why that negative comment is FALSE. I brought in several pictures of the hair color I wanted and consulted with the junior and senior stylist on the final color. The color I received from this salon was entirely too dark and not what I asked for. A simple request to fix the color (free of charge) was refused. The salon took no responsibility for my displeasure and was unwilling to correct the situation. I found them very unprofessional and in some instances just plain rude. I don’t understand why they made such a big deal out of a fix for a color they messed up. I will not recommend them and now I have to go elsewhere to pay to have it fixed. They definitely ruined a potential client/business relationship and possibly many more since I’ve told several people about my experience.
