Wilderness Cove Campground

My husband and I took our 3 kids tubing at Wilderness Cove and had a wonderful family memory made there. The people that worked there were down to earth, helpful and friendly. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers that come in there. We were provided with life jackets for our kids, which was great. They had a small store, which was great because we had forgotten our child's' water shoes and were able to buy some water and shoes there.We appreciated that there was a place to shower and change afterwards. We are definitely planning on taking our children back on a regular basis and making more solid family memories. It was great fun, for those who are into outdoor type activities. :) ...read more

If you like being left standing at the bridge for an hour watching all the other tubing companies pick up their tubers as they come out this is the place for you. They use the cheapest tubes we have seen. Three out of seven went flat. Try any of the other companies. They all run the same areas and the same prices. ...read more

Winter Improvements

It's hard to think about floating down the river this time of year.  It's been a cold lonely winter in the green river cove.  I'm ready for some hot weather, but the winter renovations are not yet complete.  This summer look forward to parking in our new parking lot.  This will be our budget buster, but do expect many smaller improvements to boot.
