Surprised my daughter by taking her into the store to buy her a new prepaid iPhone. We had to wait over an hour for an assistant, not a big deal got her a nice phone. Two days later the phone stops working and I call the 800 number after trouble shooting myself for a while to find out that they gave our number to somebody else, need I say wow how unprofessional, the representative fixed the issue, still took another 45 minutes of my time. Then the following morning I get three phone calls from a very rude store employee saying that they gave the number to another person and were taking the number back after I insisted that they were not to mess with my number or account. The store once again turned my already paid for phone off, again had to call the 800 number and have it switched back and change all the security codes as to come to find out by the representative the store had no authority to go into my account or switch anything and I was told if it happens again to call cooperate offices and report them, which I fully intend too. ...read more
