The overall experience was not very pleasant. The only plus was I was able to get a ticket closer to the stage. However, they sent me an invoice with my billing address and shipping address (both separate addresses) and then lied to me on the phone that they did not have the shipping address available so they had to send to the billing address shown on my card used for payment. My departure from town was the reasoning behind having it ship to an address that could provide a signature (so I could receive my tickets in a timely manner). Trying to discuss with them the importance of delivering to the correct address entered on both my end as well as theirs through their final invoice to me ultimately provided no luck. The owner who presented herself as an extremely young and un-interested individual showed nothing more than a happiness I bought a ticket.
